Tried to upgrade theme and it said it is broken and defaulted back to default theme. Is there a way to go in and replace the old theme?

We did change the permalink structure… When you clicked on a page link it gave you a page not found error and when we changed the permalink structure it fixed that, but added the login and post issues, or at least I didn’t notice them till after the change.

I will try the plugins,
We did switch to default theme.
We have not modified any files.

I fixed it on my site. You just must make sure you open up the correct line to edit.
Example:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/vhosts/phattkicks.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/class.wp-scripts.php:54) in /var/www/vhosts/phattkicks.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 711

The error of the ?> space is on line 54, not 711 where it sounds like it is.

Where would I enter that info? I do have utf-8 set. I can login to my php admin but don’t see a header.php spot… Thanks!
