In reply to: [Media Library Assistant] Unable to re-arrange images in Media GalleryHi,
I use a gallery plugin (Justified Image Grid) with a shortcode inserted into a page. (I believe it is in the “Classic” environment).
Unfortunately I cannot link images here to better explain.
Anyway: I disabled the “Enable Media Manager Enhancements” setting you mentioned and I am able to move images around again.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Media Library Assistant] Unable to re-arrange images in Media GalleryHi,
in a post (a page) with a gallery I click on the camera icon (Add media): an “Add media” pop up window opens. I then select “Uploaded to this page” from the dropwodn on the left. A series of images appears in small boxes. Here is where I usually dragged them around but to do so now I have to disable the plugin.
Hope this helps.Hi Jess,
I unfortunately can’t add too much plugins to my site as my hosting service doesn’t allow it.
As I said, I filled out the form using the admin email (I am sending the email to myself) and I am indeed getting the email notification that is delivered to the admin but NOT the email that should be sent to the recipient that filled out the form (me again) despite the two emails are the same. So I don’t think it is an issue with my hosting service since I receive one email at least.
Hope this makes sense.Anyway I was using another contact form before and I was not having such issues.
Is there a way to test it without putting the whole site in test mode?
Hi,
do I need to enable test mode on the whole site ??
Is there a way to enable test mode only for test product?
I can’t afford leaving the site in test mode, sorry.Hi Pratik,
no, it is not there. The purchase history page is empty (MySite.com/checkout/purchase-history/) but I receive emails with the download link after the test purchases and I can download the item correctly. It just doesn’t show in the page which would be very nice to have too.
On a side note: the purchase type is “buy now” (not using a cart)Hi Pratik,
I’m not sure what to check in my theme.
All I can see is:

Is there a specific short code I can force in the confirmation page?
I’m stuck…please advise.Hi, sorry for the late reply.
I resolved the issue thanks!
GioThanks!
Hi, I reactivated the plugin but I get 502 errors on all the images.
I must say that before reactivating the plugin I changed my site to https.
The site works fine with the new address but I get those 502 errors I wasn’t getting before.
Any clues ?
Thanks!p.s: I disabled the plugin again not to break my site.
Although I’d love to reactivate it to test it, it really makes my site unusable.
I’m on a shared hosting with a QoS (quality control) in place: repeated calls to scripts (especially the ones that do graphic processing) makes the QoS go nuts, slowing down the site for a while. I’m guessing that’s the problem. Thanks for the support so far anyway!Same issue here: blurry thumbnails.
I think the culprit is the chosen downsampling algorithm.
I’m not sure if the PHP imagescale function was used for the image resizing: such function accpets the algorithm to be used for downsizing, thus avoiding blurry thumbnails.
@bradvinBTW: @elizabeth-abernathy : had a look at the site and the thumbnails are blurry indeed.
