When you change your theme to Storefront or Twenty Seventeen, and only have WooCommerce active on your site, does the problem still arise for you?
When moving over to one of the above themes, I would also recommend checking in your Customizer settings that “Show Subcategories” option is selected.
If this fixes the problem, your next steps would be to reactivate the plugins and themes one by one until you figure out what is causing the conflict on your site.

After looking at your site, I’m unable to locate a My Account page anywhere (

). It is from there that your customers will be able to access the My Account Dashboard and Log out from that page. This is where some of the confusion may be occurring from your customers.I’ve included a screenshot for you to show you what I mean on my test site: https://cld.wthms.co/2CDu0S
As for your blank order page, can you verify that it is coming from
https://www.yoursite.in/my-account/orders

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Plugin related issueLooking at the site “bebe”, I can tell you that we have our own version of Variation Swatches and Photos – which is similar to what you’re looking for: https://www.woocommerce.com/products/variation-swatches-and-photos/
But for the font page – if you’re looking for something similar to that layout, you’re going to need to look into third party options or custom development.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Upload pdf files to client areaWe don’t currently have an extension that could help out with that exact workflow, but I do recommend our Print Invoices & Packing Lists extension which will allow the customer to download the invoices on their registered My Account page and WooCommerce automatically sends them out for you – but you would need to set up the order (or account) for them on WooCommerce if over the phone.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Link to streaming video stopped workingHey there – I’m not sure if you had gotten this figured out or not – but generally, when we are looking at the System Status report, we’re looking for anything that may be conflicting or potentially causing issues on your site.
A few things we look at:
* WordPress is up to date.
* WooCommerce is up to date.
* All plugins are up to date.
* You theme and child theme are up to date.But if you haven’t done the WP Staging conflict testing as Zandy described above after updating everything (and it is still an issue), I would give that a go.

If you’re looking to move your files away from your server, there are a lot of secure file serving plugins out there.
Things start to get custom when you’re looking to change the core coding (file path), but if you’re interested in what we have, we have Amazon S3 to accomplish just that.

In scenarios like this – where your site isn’t saving your requests, I recommend starting your troubleshooting via our Problems with large amounts of data not saving (variations, rates etc) documentation. It may be that there isn’t enough memory.

We’ve recently seen a spike in 10413 errors for PayPal Pro, although these should have been addressed already for PayPal Express Checkout as can be seen here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-express-checkout/issues/312

We’ve seen this issue on people’s sites in the past – it isn’t something that is a new problem for everyone. That said, without us digging down deep into your specific setup, I’m unable to say. While the above steps are pretty standard, they solve a good majority of issues, and we ask people to try them first to assist us in pinning down the issue.
I know that the previous post was about WP-Cache and the settings involved. As this isn’t our product, it would be hard to give you a “setting” answer.

There are quite a few things that may be going on here – but lets start by doing a conflict test. Sometimes these issues can be the result of conflicts between your theme or plugins. Let’s work on that first to see if we can get this issue solved for you.
1. Switch the theme to the default Twenty Seventeen and check if the issue persists.
2. Deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce and check if the issue persists, if the issue persists then please move on to the next step.
3. Activate each plugin one by one while testing for the issue. Once you find the plugin that is causing the issue, contact the plugin developer to see if there is an update or fix.
If you do not want to perform these steps on the live server then we recommend creating a staging site to test these things out. Don’t forget to backup first!
