In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Stripe not loadingHey there @egnir,
Can you please put in a ticket on our help desk on WooCommerce.com? There are so many variables that may be at play here and I would like to see you helped out!
Cheers,
Hello @leverager!
Support for 3D Secure is in our Stripe 4.0 release which will be coming out soon. Unfortunately, I don’t have a release date to give you at this time but we’re in the process of testing a release candidate so it shouldn’t be long before it’s available.
You can stay up to date by visiting our Stripe GitHub page: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe

In reply to: [Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway] PlaceholderHey @nandrey,
I saw you had posted something similar on another post. If you’re looking to have this option available to you soon, I recommend reaching out to a custom developer to accomplish that. While I have put in a request, I do not have an ETA on when that would be available.
Cheers,
Hello @juliangil,
I am suspecting that there is something inside your theme that is causing this to duplicate. I would look to see if your theme needs updating, (of course, backup your site first!) and see if that resolves the issue.
If it doesn’t, the next step would be to temporarily switch to a default theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Seventeen and see if that resolves the issue, If it does, that means it’s the theme. If it does not, then next we’d want to check for plugin conflicts.
In order to test for plugin conflicts, you’ll want to disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Powered by Braintree and see if that resolves the duplicated buttons. If it does, you’ll want to turn on your plugins, one by one, and see which one causes the buttons to duplicate.
Hopefully that can get you started on troubleshooting.

In reply to: [Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway] Fields PlaceholderHey @tatifox,
This would fall under the custom developer thing I mentioned. It would require a reworking of the extension.

In reply to: [Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway] PayPal Button ShapeHey @tatifox!
I answered your question in your other post. I’m going to put in a feature request to see if the developers are interested in adding that button shape, but I don’t have an ETA on if or when that would be added.
Thank you for your ideas!

In reply to: [Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway] New UpdateHey @tatifox!
I’m happy to hear that you like this plugin so much!
While it is possible to go for the rounded edges in the developer’s documentation, if you’re looking to add a completely different button (longer rectangle like you linked to), that is something that would require custom development as it isn’t included in the plugin itself. What I can do is go ahead and forward your Feature Request on though!
As for the other payment options – as this is PayPal specific, it is unlikely that Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Bitcoin will be added to this plugin. You may want to add in additional payment gateways to your store that would allow for this.
Cheers!

Hey @lasloo,
I’m happy to hear that the CSS worked for you – it is the way to go in this scenario.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Amounts do not matchHey @japandev and @rubiworks – Can you check that you are on PayPal Express 1.4.4+? That fix would have addressed PayPal error 10431 (the amounts don’t match). Let me know if this isn’t the case.
1.4.4
Fix – PayPal error (10431).
Thanks!
Hey Zanza321,
Can you try adding a different card to your account? We’ve found that sometimes this error is addressed by trying something else.
Thanks!
