Hi, @nsinelnikov thanks for your reply.
I have it hosted on altervista, I have no idea if this is considered a multisite install, I guess so.
Currently active and running plugins:
– Capability Manager Enhanced
– Cohttps://www.gmail.com/ursePress
– GTranslate
– Media From FTP
– VFB Pro
– Visitor Maps and Who’s Online
– WP Maintenance Mode
and, of course,
– Ultimate Member
– Ultimate Member – Terms & ConditionsI have other plugins installed, but deactivated.
Thanks for any help you can provide!
@mitkoradev it works!
Thanks, thanks, thanks, thanks (and a thousand times more) thanks!!
Any idea on how to solve this? It is becoming quite an issue and I’d need to find a solution in a short time…Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Thanks a lot
Hi @ultimatemembersupport thanks for replying.
Yes, I have the reCaptcha installed, but I installed it AFTER I got that problem and it didn’t solve. Furthermore, I can’t use the extension, as I have the site on an altervista subdomain and (if I am correct) the extension doesn’t work directly on subdomains.
As you could probably see from my second post, I also have the same issue on another site with different plugins installed.
I already had a conflict test and the same issue occurs also if UM is the only active plugin and on two different themes.
I frankly have no idea how to solve it. Nobody can log-in (I do from wp-admin, but I can’t from the login page) and all content restrictions are not working as they were based on UM Roles and to keep the site running I had to disable log-in.
Thanks for any help you can give.
As a further note:
I have the same issue on another site at https://farmina.altervista.org
I did not take any action on the site, so I’m now guessing it is not due to the other plugin update I did.
I cannot understand why this occurs and it is frustrating, as I have a lot of users complaining and I have no idea how to fix it.Looking forward to any help.

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] Can’t access plugin menu after updating settingsHi Alex,
thanks for your assistance.
I will try a different version of the plugin.
I actually wanted to use your plugin as I checked many others and yours is the only one I found that has an excellent admin control of results, which is crucial for our feedbacks.I wish it works with an older version!
thanks again for the support

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] Can’t access plugin menu after updating settingsI used the “fake” email address that comes with altervista hosting:
[ redacted ]
And “Farmina Test Informatori” as Name to display.
Thanks for your help!

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] Can’t access plugin menu after updating settingsHi Alex,
Unfortunately it does not work.
Admin menu link is still missing.I have no idea how to solve it…and I’m quite in a rush because I should prepare the quiz in a short time as I have around 40 people who should take it next week…

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] Can’t access plugin menu after updating settingsHi Alex,
thanks for your attention.
Yes, I deactivated, reactivated, uninstalled, re-installed and nothing changed.
Also, the admin menu link is missing.I saw a few months ago someone had a similar issue by changing the colors for feedbacks…and unfortunately, I could not find any possible solution in that topic.
I host the site on altervista, I don’t know if this may help you in guessing what happened.
I think it might be some kind of database corruption, but actually, I had the same issue on 2 different websites (both hosted on altervista).
I wish you can figure out what that could be…I’m not that good in trying to hack the code ??
