This is the thing… i created custom post types and i read that if i switch to another theme, that content will be gone.

So should i just switch to the default 2013 theme and then switch again to the one i am using right now?

Or that means that i am only going to be able tu use Conact Form 7 on the default theme?

It says:

The spinning arrow icon shows up once I submit a form, but then nothing happens.

This is most probably due to a conflict between plugins/theme. Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme.

I tried desactivating all plugins and it dosent work… is there any way of fixing this problem?
