Great, thanks for letting us know!
If strings were translated to Italian language but not approved by Translation Editors, WordPress will not add them to the plugin. The strings need to be approved by the editors first.
@darkavenger, @pixelized, @lasacco, @deadpool76 could one of you please approve Italian translations for the strings mentioned by @erbacealab above? Your help will be greatly appreciated ?? Many thanks in advance!
Thanks for providing additional information!
The issue seems to be with the default review form that comes with your WordPress theme.
Could you try activating the Enhanced User Interface in the settings of our plugin (Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions > Visual Style)? Hopefully, it will override the default review form with 15 stars from your theme.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Wrong price in emailThanks for providing additional information!
We are confused by this statement:
We’ve just found out that the customer email contains the wrong price for variable products. The plugin shows the price for the main product, but not the variant that was actually purchased.
As far as we can see, WooCommerce doesn’t offer any field to set a price for the “main product” when a product is variable. It is possible to set prices for individual variations only. Could you share some screenshots illustrating your variable product details including prices for variations and the “main product”?

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Link to ask review doesn’t workThanks, that’s a long list of plugins! Now, please try to deactivate them one by one and check if the review form will start working. This will help to identify the plugin that conflicts with our plugin and breaks the review form.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Images not uploadingThanks for the follow-up!
Unfortunately, there is nothing a plugin can do if a web server is configured to shut down upload requests that are longer than 1 min. You will be able to upload files as big as the internet connection permits in 1 min.
I provided a screenshot with factual evidence of the timeout issue in my response above. I must admit that don’t understand Spanish language ?? but it doesn’t look like there is any evidence included in the response of the hosting provider that you shared above.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Cannot close image popup from left reviewThanks for sharing the video!
As it can be seen on the video, the error is because “slick.min.js” file is not loaded on the page. Since this file is available in the installation archive of our plugin, it means that you have performed some “speed optimizations” on your website to disable loading of this JavaScript file. This explanation also confirms your observation that the file is getting loaded on Chrome but not on Firefox because the file was probably previously cached on one of the browsers.
Thanks for reporting this issue!
Could you please share URL of a page where we can check it?
