Thank you very much for sharing more information regarding your server provider’s investigation. This is very helpful to further investigate if our plugin is causing any performance issues.
I’d recommend waiting for your server provider’s feedback once again in case this is being caused by a similar issue as the previous one. One thing that you can test would be disabling Facebook for WooCommerce temporarily to see if this enhances the performance of your site. Please, keep me updated as it would be really helpful to know more about what’s causing this issue!

Our plugin currently doesn’t control when and where the Facebook Messenger chat will appear. It only injects the needed code in your site. That means that any further changes are controlled through Facebook directly or can be achieved through the use of CSS code.

As a first step, I’d need a bit more information regarding your site’s setup to take a closer look in case there’s a plugin conflict that’s causing this behavior. Would it be possible to navigate at WooCommerce > Status > System Status and click the “Get system report” button?
This will generate your site’s system report which you can copy and paste in a service like PasteBin. This should allow you the option to delete the data after we’ve finished troubleshooting this case. ??

As a next step, would it be possible to let me know if clicking on a variation on Facebook still redirects your customers back to the WooCommerce site as expected? Also, could you let me know if the same issue persists when temporarily disabling all other plugins in your site except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce?
I’ve noticed that there’s another plugin in your site that’s creating product feeds ( GTG Product Feed for Shopping ) so it’s possible this is caused by two plugins conflicting with each other.

As a first step, would it be possible to let me know if you’ve tried deactivating the plugin and you still encounter the same error, @omrane ? Also, could you please let me know the number of products you have in your shops, including any variations?
I’d be happy to further investigate this for you in case this is caused by the sync process putting a big strain over your site’s server.

As a first step, would you mind sharing a bit more regarding the errors you’ve encountered? Do your products fail to sync as expected or have you encountered a different error instead?
Regarding starting from scratch, you can disconnect our plugin from your site, however, this might not delete the catalog that has been created. You can do that by navigating at WooCommerce > Facebook > Connection tab and click on the “Uninstall” button available there.
Lastly, could you also a bit more information on what steps you’ve followed before that showed the “Do Not Delete” as part of the file name?

Thanks for sharing more information with me and I’m sorry to hear that the latest update didn’t help.
Taking a step back, would it be possible to let me know a bit more regarding how the products were appearing in your Facebook shop before? Our plugin doesn’t sync variation products with multiple choices in your Facebook shop, but instead will create new products in the catalog for each variation.
Did you notice some variations not appearing or is this a general problem with variations not syncing at all?
