Hello Devin and thank you for you your reply and idea. I installed and tried the email cop plugin but was not able to gather any information about whether the email was delivered or failed internally.
I am trying a secondary email for this person.
I had this happen and closed the browser tab, opened a new one and retyped the URL. After doing this, the button worked.

In reply to: "Could not save password reset key to database."I FTP’d into the account and looked in my wp-content folder. IN there, I deleted a bunch of old backup zips that had accumulated and also some sitting in a temp backup folder. This cleared up my database space and I was able to log in immediately.
Apparently some routines had run over the weekend and filled up my DB.

In reply to: [Polylang] url main languageHI. I followed these instructions. They worked to solve my initial problem, but resulted in a new problem. Now, after following these instructions, a secondary menu location has bene populated with a list of pages. These pages are not organized into any proper WordPress menu in the admin dashboard – so I am unclear where this selection of pages came from or why the menu I explicitly selected for the secondary menu location is not being loaded. If I disable this plugin, the expected secondary menu loads and this list of random pages no longer displays.

In reply to: [Groups] Error 404 – Not FoundThanks, Antonio.
When I am using Group 404 Redirect add on, I still see the Error 404 Not Found Message.
I set up Groups 404 Redirect to take users to a page that I specified in the Group 404 Redirect settings. But if I am logged in or not logged in, and try to access restricted content, I am still given the Error 404 Not Found message.
I agree, I *should* be able to display another page instead of the 404 error, but I do not see that happening.
But really, I would really like to customize that Error message altogether. Is that possible within the context of the Groups plugin?
Thanks!
Thank you, Jeremy for keeping up with this thread and providing assistance.

In reply to: Theme Checker returns wrong tag error, but doesn't list anythingIf it helps anyone else, I went to this page: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/about/ and just copied each tag I had developed for and pasted it into my css file. This ensured that I was not submitting a typo caused by my fudgy fingers.
Second, I had a trailing comma after my final tag. And I kept getting a flag. Once I removed the trailing comma, the theme passed this check point, no flags! So, remove your trailing comma, if you have one.
Good luck!

In reply to: I want to change the header background color. You could try adding the following to your CSS file:
#header, #catnav { background: #000000; <!-- add whatever color here you prefer --> }
The Atomyx theme is a premium theme that I do not have access to, so I cannot download and run a test locally in order to ensure this would work. Good luck!

In reply to: [Genesis Responsive Slider] Slider works on posts but NOT pagesI had the exact same issue. It turns out, in order for the Genesis Responsive Slider to work for pages, you must attach the image as a “Featured Image”. This caused me confusion because you can simply “Add Media” to a post (as opposed to a page) and that media will appear in the slideshow. For whatever reason, the same is not the case for pages.
So for pages, add the image as Featured Image.
For posts, add the image as a Featured Image or just with the Add Media button.

In reply to: IE 8 and 9 CSS problemsSame troubles. Having a difficult time finding answers. I thought Genesis came preloaded with assets to avoid this, but I guess not.

In reply to: [Genesis Featured Widget Amplified] [Read More…] not showingjummy, it worked for me. I used it in conjunction with the <!–more–> tag in the post that I wanted to excerpt. Also, I dropped some “p” tags around the anchor/permalink line so that my css could hook in and control the styling of the resultant “Read More” link & text.
thanks, design.smarterwebsites!
