Any update on this?

I have the same issue but only difference is that, on login failed it is redirecting to the wp-login.php (default wordpress login page).

The only active plugin is Theme My Login and tested on many themes including All Twenty *** theme comes out of the box.

Download plugin not found????

If you are any cache plugin remove all expire and current cache. I was having the same issue. I updated Download Manger and using WP Super Cache plugin and all my download links was seating into the expired cache and that was creating the issue. Only Admin was able to download none of else. It was sending back to home page when anyone was trying to download.

So try to remove all your cache and than try may be it will works same like mine. ??

Open your theme files may be you have to go through with all files and find get_settings if anywhere have been used and change it to get_option

Its really strange to wait too long for any answer posted here. Really sad to see that WordPress own forums never too supportive than where to go?

Thanks a lot David, your information is worth and solved my most confusion.

Actually this theme I have done from scratch with completely blank file. However I am not much master in php so I used and follow some tutorials and I believe that would be okay.

So now I want to put it for sale. So the final question is that will that be okay if I put my theme for sale under GPL or GNU license where I have used some of free plugins listed below

Some plugin I have altered according to my theme and also embedded and modified into my function.php

Also have used one tutorial code (of course free to use) for sidebar widget for custom post type.

So in this case can I put my theme for sale? However whatever I have used all are free and under GPL and I haven’t modified any copyright content from the original files.

Thank you so much for your reply and its really helpful. But I have one confusion, that “Do I need to get license from some organization or how to get license for the theme?” I tried on google for where to get license for wordpress theme or so on.. but couldn’t found.

So GPL and GNU is the terms of license that I understood, but now the question how to get license for my theme and where to go for licensing my theme. I mean do I need to register my theme anywhere?

Okay but there is no solution form others? here people are so brilliant and experienced that I believe this is an issue which can be solve in a second for them..

One thing here I noticed.. There may be 100000000 user of WordPress but getting help here on forum it is really hard. Never get reply properly don;t know what’s wrong…

I have created my own with help of tutorial and its for custom post type. It display latest 5 custom post type post. So I think there would not be any issue with such widget and should available for every sidebar.

I have also tired to copy and paste WordPress default recent post widget to my “my-widget.php” file and it does same after adding in one sidebar it is no more available for more sidebar. This means that problem is with my code and I still need to done something to fix this.

Can you help me to fix this please.
