It’s a known issue that is not related to PE Panels.
NVDA or other screen readers intercepts the keys if you are in browse mode, which is normal behavior.

For example, in NVDA if you want to ‘Toggle browse/focus modes’ you should use ‘insert’ (NVDA) + ‘space’.

It looks like your theme doesn’t add “height: auto” for images on desktop.
Please add this CSS to your theme (child theme) CSS file:

height: auto;
}

There is no shortcode for that. You can show categories using the widget ‘TerraClassifieds Categories’. If you care about using the shortcode for that please try to use this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/amr-shortcode-any-widget/ – you can show widgets using shortcodes.

Messages are not stored in the database, you can’t see them in the dashboard.
2. The buyer can ask anything he wants in the message, also about the negotiable price.

Thank you for your opinion I will add it to our to-do list to consider, as a suggestion to extend the plugin for bootstrap 4.
Indeed, it may cause some kind of problems for users using bootstrap 4, because 2 versions are loaded in this scenario.

Please check if you can send emails from your WordPress installation. Please create for example some new user in the dashboard and check if he gets an email with registration data.

Some servers don’t use PHP Mail and there is a need to configure your WordPress to use SMTP.
