Thank you for your response once again. I went into the Cpanel and backed up the database and restored it. The prompt went away but as I am writing another post to my blog, the damn message has appeared once again.

As they say, you get what you pay for. I’m definitely bummed out. Any advice and recommendations on switching webhosts as seamlesly as possible with as little down time is appreciated.

Currently WordPress is installed as its own folder within my static root folder.

I’m not sure I know what you mean by too many lock files will get deleted if the server boots.

So what you’re saying is, I should say I’m getting a similar error say from a Joomla installation?

Thanks so much. I knew I could count on someone finding something wrong here. I’m just going to remove that widget with Revver Video and stick with simplicity.

When you say the first 2 lines are overtyped in IE7,I must assume it is the drop caps plug-in.

Thanks so much for that. I don’t have a Windows machine so I wouldn’t have known about that. Removing revver widget in sidebar…

I like the look. Especially if you leave a lot of white space between the text. It will make everything more legible.

I think you’ll find you’ll have quite a following especially in today’s economy.

I recently installed Word Press on MySQL servers at my GoDaddy hosting account. It wasn’t pretty probably because I’m so lame at these things. Anyway if you have hosting with them and it’s on a the Linux server, I’m sure you’ve all heard they’ve enabled “One Click” install. Not!

For most users who just want to start a blog, navigating GoDaddy’s interface is a nightmare especially since most of us don’t log into the accounts to change things around much once we’re set up.”Metropolis” is the application manager within the Control Panel which you should be looking for that is if you can even get to the Control Panel!

So I’ve added some screen shots to ease the pain.
