Thanks for the reply. I tried using another account and still getting the same issue. The test emails are getting sent fine, but all the other emails are getting the same error.

Thanks for your response.

I have generated the API and secret key using the email I want to use as a From Email. Also, I tried reauthenticating using the From Email, but it still shows the same error. Later, I tried to add another Outlook connection and am still getting the same error for the new connection. But when I added another Gmail connection, it is working as expected.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
