I am pretty sure this (excellent) project was abondoned by the author. However, there is (and I use) a branch on Github that has many fixes and improvements that were seemingly never implimented by the original author. Indeed, I think the issue you mentioned is one I had which was resovled when using this branch.

Understood. It created the cache directory, so I would assume it could create the sub folder in there too. Anyway – I accep t this product is not compatible with IIS. For anyone looking for a comparable solution, I have since been testing and using ‘Cache Master’, and it works very well with IIS and Wincache.
