Thank you for getting back to me.

When clicking on the next button or last page it pretty much reloads the page so yes it does display the first 10 members no matter what.

The URL’s look correct with “action=edit&paged=2#top#rua-members” for example but when you click to go it just reloads the page with “action=edit&paged=1#top#rua-members” so I don’t think it’s actually gone to the next page.

I’ve tried manually going to these pages and still get redirected back.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. That is correct if I add two users in the search box and then click Add only one gets added to the box below.

I’m still having no luck in regards to adding multiple users at once. If I enter two – three names the last user added is the only one that gets added to the list. Can you possibly help please.

Hi Justin,

Thanks for your response. I am talking about the plugin Members which I believe this is support area for. Sorry I did post my initial message quite quickly and didn’t go over it that well. This issue occurs when adding a new user access level (URL would end in: /wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=restriction). When I click publish or stay that’s when the issue I mentioned before of ‘Leave’ or ‘Stay’ gets alerted to the page.

Hi Stuart,

Thanks for this. I have installed the WP Mail Logging plugin as suggested. I have following the same steps as mentioned above the log picks up the following emails being sent to my email address when I place an order:
– New Customer order
– Thank you for your order (on hold)
I go into the order overview page click processing. WP Mail Logging displays no processing email and no processing email is received. I go back to the overview page click completed and WP Mail Logging displays the completed email being sent and I also received it. So issue still persists with processing emails. The only time I get processing emails is if I click edit go to the right hand side and select the resend processing email. Which is displayed in WP Mail Logging and the email comes through.

I would like to confirm that this hasn’t resolved the issue. All I have managed to do is debug it and narrow down to that plugin. Currently to solve this issue I have turned off the plugin which means I am taking a 2.5% hit on all card transaction payments. This is because as of yet their is no other way of adding 2.5% if a customers pays using a card.

If you know of any that would be great. As Gateway Fees Integration for Jigoshop hasn’t been updated since January 2015

After some extensive debugging I have found out that it is due to the Gateway Fees Integration for Jigoshop that was purchased from the Jigoshop extension shop.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for getting back to me. For some reason I wasn’t notified when you replied. The reason I believe this is related to TML is this issue doesn’t occur in the old version 6.3.9 which I am stuck using. However on version 6.4.5 this issue I mentioned above occurs.
