I live in nYc so I can’t just pull my laptop out on the train to read stuff offline…but i do want to save the forest so I try to use recycled paper.

by the way…’print friendly pages’….how can I explain…well…i’m trying to print out instructions but the right hand side of the printed document of https://codex.www.ads-software.com/HTML_to_XHTML or the others, come up with missing words.

On some sites, like google maps, if you want to print out a map, there’s a button set up so that you can print that webpage properly….hope that helps. And again..thx for your input.

Can anyone point me to a tutorial or info on how to swap my static header for a swf file?

Ok…now I switched the header back to a basic JPG using the K2 Custom Header. The image shows up well in my blog.

Whats the logic for swapping it out for a SWF?

(I checked the themes.php page in my editor and could not find a link for the working JPG which would easily guide me.

Is the K2 Custom Header supposed to be used to upload JPG, PNG and GIFs only? I shouldn’t use that to upload a SWF file

I am assuming that I will have to manually upload the SWF into the WP/Theme folder thats in my website. Then, as suggested, go to the Theme editor for Header and place code in there that will point to the file in the Theme/images/header folder.

What file should be used to insert this code since a swf is not supposed to do it in the CSS style sheet. I looked in my ‘wordpress’ folder and assumed it would be the index.php file (wrong). I uploaded the swf file to the appropriate web folder.

by the way, I’ve been searching past reviews…so i’m trying to do my ‘homework’

I took a look @ their site code:

And the file they uploaded for their header is a JPG
but when you view it on their page, it ‘comes alive’

What am I doing wrong besides uploading a .swf file into CSS?

What is the correct way to do this?
