In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] pre populated form. hacked?Hi trovato,
can you send us your forms configuration by submitting a support request from within the form’s help area (next to save button)?
We need to rule out that the values are filled from within your admin pannel. We’d definitely recommend you to change all your admin passwords.
We’re alread checking everything for potential vulnerabilities which it currently not seems like.

In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] E-mail UTF-8 not supportedOh ok. We’ll have to work this out with one of the upcoming updates.
We’ll keep you posted.

In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] E-mail UTF-8 not supportedHi chedmuse,
Currently special characters are parsed out in the automatic email content. The solution for you is to add the labels and variables by hand in both admin and user emails. Please referr to https://www.planso.net/how-to-setup-administrator-and-user-emails/ for further details.

In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] PlanSo Forms zu langsamHallo Foghog,

In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] Form not working with WPBruiser PluginHi trovato,
did you check the settings in WPBruiser to block spam from PlanSo Forms? We’ve worked together with the developer of WPBruiser (formerly GoodbyeCaptcha) to make both our plugins compatible.

In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] How to add a link to a Submit buttonYou can add the link to the Zapier-Webhook-Url field (in the pro tab) and all submitted data will be posted to your api script.

In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] How to add a link to a Submit buttonThe $89 Business Edition comes with a dedicated registration option for WordPress. So if you would like to register your users as WordPress Users (you can assign a role of your choice) then this option is right for you.
If however you have a custom registration script, the Pro Personal ($29) version would be sufficient.
Yes, the prices are one-off and contain all updates for one year. You can keep all files for life but in order to receive updates after the year you would need to prolong your license for half the price of the initial license.

In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] How to add a link to a Submit buttonHi RLightfoot,
which version of PlanSo Forms are you using?
In Pro Business we have included a dedicated registration feature so that you can set it up from within the backend.
Additionally all Pro versions of PlanSo Forms come with the possibility to use webhooks to send all submission data to one or more scripts to further process them.
The free version does not handle these things out of the box.

In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] Why Red shortcode ?Did you copy the shortcode to a post or page and tried the form there or did you try to submit it in the backend?
The no-entry sign will be removed in one of the next updates as it is missleading.

In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORTKineticDev,
sorry to hear you being disappointed.
I still like to make clear that PlanSo Forms is not relying on other Plugins to work – we still recommend SMTP-Email-Plugins however as they offer more solid mailing options than sending emails directly from the webserver.
As for the IPN we have many clients without any issues and we’re using it for many of our own pay forms as well. It is really hard to tell why IPN is not working for you. It might be an other plugin interfering or a firewall blocking the ipn or a configuration issue.
We are really sorry that you had such a bad experience with our support. We’ll dig into this and see why you were left alone.

In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] Where is form data storedHi Mark,
submissions are only stored in Pro Business or above. Zapier has not reported any errors to us and when we test it we can see all fields beeing populated. Could you send us a support request from within the plugin’s help-area (gray button next to save)?
Cheers

In reply to: [PlanSo Forms] Why Red shortcode ?Hi tuttle,
this is probably because of an admin style included by an other plugin that is marking all “read-only” fields as red. This is only affecting the presentation and has nothing to do with the final outcome.
