Die User IP kann mithilfe der Vaiable {userip} übermittelt werden. Diese einfach in den E-Mail Text von Admin oder User setzen und fertig ??

Concerning your email issues. Did you check out our blog post about how to set up emails? And have you installed and configured an SMTP mail plugin like PostmanSMTP? This usually solves all mailing issues.

you can place the shortcode anywhere in either a page, a post or a widget. The form will appear right where you’ve placed your shortcode.

you can change the date format in the form-builder under additional settings. THere you can enter any format you like. For a reference you can have a look at the following page that describes the different variables:

Hallo Rappi, wir haben zwei Testanfragen gesendet um dem Fehler auf die Spur zu kommen. Die übermittelte Konfiguration hat in unserem Testsystem einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Live-Formular haben wir ebenfalls getestet und wurden wie beschrieben auch auch die wp-login seite geleitet.

Ist es m?glich, un einmal zugang zum Admin-Bereich der Seite zukommen zu lassen, dass wir uns alle einstellungen der Website ansehen k?nnen?

PS: Wir behandeln alle Anfragen von unseren Pro Kunden mit Priorit?t. Anfragen von Kunden unserer kostenfreien Version k?nnen mitunter etwas l?nger in der Bearbeitung brauchen.

Version 1.7.8 hatte keinerlei auswirkungen auf die verarbeitung der Danke-Seite insofern liegt das Problem vermutlich an anderer Stelle.

Auch die Domainumstellung sollte normalerweise keine Auswirkungen auf die Danke-Seite haben – ausser diese ist noch auf die alte Domain gestellt.

K?nnen Sie uns einen Link zu dem Formular und eine separate support anfrage von innerhalb des plugins (Grayer Rettungsring neben dem Speichern button) zukommen lassen, den wir direkt testen k?nnen um alle Fehler seitens PlanSo ausschlie?en zu k?nnen?

Dies wird vermutlich an einem fehlerhaften Cookie liegen wenn Sie das Formular testen und Ihr Einstieg in die Seite über wp-admin erfolgte.

Was haben Sie denn als Danke-Seite hinterlegt?

With our Pro versions you can change the design of any form element including buttons within your forms. Additionally you can add custom css to handle even more individual design requirements.

Without pro you have to add the style in the post above the shortcode in “text” mode. For the button you can use something like:

Currently the only solution to this is custom css on a row/form-group basis.

Either of the above snippets would need to be placed above the PlanSo Forms shortcode in “text” mode.

Solved via support email.

we’ll release an update to PlanSo Forms Pro today that will hide pages that are empty because conditions don’t match. The update will also include a method to validate any field against the value of another field. The latter is useful for 2 email fields where the value of the second field needs to match the value of the first field.

You’ll find the update in the update section as usual.
