The official WordPress Docker image, running on Linux Ubuntu Server 20.04 LTS.

The web site uses Oxygen Builder and only a handful of plugins.

The web gui front end for LightSpeed works perfectly and links with Cloudflare.

I added that code to my functions.php using the ‘Code Snippets’ plug-in, however because this web site uses the OXYGEN page builder I am not sure if the plug-in will work because Oxygen Builder effectively disables any themes…

OK, so I created a new child theme, copied the 4 files I had changed, activated the new child theme and then went through the ‘Customize’ section.

All done and up-to-date.

I have checked my child theme’s header.php and the only difference is the inclusion of some Google Analytics code.

I enabled 1.8.1 and it broke the staging site (which I can show you in a private message).

So, I think the best thing for me to is to start from scratch and create a new child theme based on your 1.8.1 and take it from there to make my modifications…

…which kind of defeats the object of a Child Theme but I MUST have done something to upset it!
