Merchant says that no category is supplied and when I look in the feed the different items look different…

I had one filter and removed that. Seems many have this problem now Eva? My products disappeared two days ago, removed filter and they are back, however with heaps of warnings and erros in merchant.

Can you try and remove the filter and update the feed manually? That worked for me.. Please let me know how it worked

No your business model looks like others, besides the bulk, you pay one charge and get support for one year, the updates is included but no support.

I am interested if you have multi-website or permanantly or both. I am happy (well) to pay for a good plugin.

Most remains free, BUT to use it really, you need Elite because the choices you made to exclude for instance GTIN from free version is because you want more sales and you know you basicly need it.

If it is so simple to make, why put it in the paid version?

Yes I could have called aswell, send a bottle post and threw is in the ocean, made smoke signlaas too, but in this case I thought it was better that it was public.
Anyhow, this makes me curious, so what would you have reasoned via email then?
If you are reasonable you would see it makes no sence in putting a plugin that costs almost 100 euros each year on the market, since you, unfortunatly, will force people to change plugin.

You are incorrect that the most important things are still free, which you are well aware of. Without GTIN the plugin is unfortunatly nothing to have.

So your plugin is not 79 Euro then, it is 79 euro plus tax? Iow it is almost 100 euros per year.

Nah, not interested in discusing this further, just letting you know that probably several people feel cheated that have helped just since it was free. Had they known that as soon as you got a chance you would set a ridiculous fee i am quit sure the help wouldnt have been so extensive.

Your plugin is now even more expensive then the highest ranked plugin for this (https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/) so it makes no sense at all.

I guess i will pay for one year and asap change to a cheaper, higher ranked procuct. Sad really.

Hmm sorry my mistake. it was on one product BUT it seems there is something fishy with the creation of the xml…. every other time thee feed gets to 1432 bytes in size, and when i do it manually a couple of times it gets to 2,4 MB so there is somethign not correct

Ehh why is this marked as resolved? I have waited a fw days to see the result and I still get the same warnings that conditions are exmpty.

When I look at it in google merchant it looks ok, but when trying the url you supplied it is missing.

I stick to my original idea that it might have to do with that I include product variations, but then I add the filter “do not include empty products”. It then does not see the “new” condition since conditions are set in the variations which have empty product descriptions.

My variations have:
“Any of the sizes” and then all the sizes are listed under that so the condition part i set in “any of the sizes”

o so I changed to refurbished now on one item and i google merchant it says refurbished, but still a warning that condition is not set and when i try the data-tool the condition is nowehere to be found.

Mind you this has just to do with products with variations
