HI @ggalow I have v 3.8.3 of the plugin and still have the issue. to be clear, plugin is installed and activated, and switched on in CF, but there’s a note against the item: Note: The WordPress plugin was not detected on labourdonnerie.com. Check again.

thanks for getting back to me. I’m on the old version of qtranslate x, didn’t know about the xt version… i see it’s github based only…. any view on whether i’ll keep my translations if i go for the switch to xt?

I’ve tried adding emojis by copying and pasting from emojipedia, and also from my mobile device. ticks work, anything more ‘extravagant’ such as dog, tennis raquet or swimming emojis cause both the title and the description to save empty…

mine is working fine when i re-auth. it’s just a pain in the ass that i have to re-auth all the sites and that i’m now missing a few days of analytics.

it’s a managed solution for us, and i’m not aware of any outbound connection restrictions which would cause this…we use hundreds of different plugins across the 200+ WP websites on the server, and have no other reported issues.. I can check with the hosting company if you can give me something to ask them..
