Basically, we take care of the compatibility of a plugin only when they are in line with our plugin. Serial numbers can’t be added as a line item in the order meta. They are added against the product ID within the order. Once a serial number-enabled product is ordered, WooCommerce Serial Numbers runs a query, and if serial numbers are found, they will appear in a table on the order page.

When a serial number is created using WooCommerce Serial Numbers plugin, it adds the serial number in a custom table. Once a customer orders a serial number-enabled product, the serial number will be assigned against the order. In effect, it doesn’t get attached as a line item.

If you want to extract serial numbers from the orders, you can check our functions in the plugin.

First of all, serial numbers are not saved in order meta. You have to extract serial numbers using the order_id from serial_numbers table and add them in order meta data and then send it to the 3rd party script.

Serial numbers are kept encrypted on the database.

Can you tell us where are you seeing this type of code (weguhaoiuyg398T239G0BNsGUIHAwbuighabiguhawg) you have mentioned? are they on the new database table or on the serial number table listing from the admin panel?

First of all, Min Max Quantities for WooCommerce doesn’t support the MyRewards plugin. It works on the product quantity and the price only. Reward point is fully a separate option.

Putting order quantities or prices to 0 means, there’s no rule applied. Setting the value to 0 will not affect the quantities or prices.

Each serial number is a single entity. In a single order, once a serial number is assigned, it cannot be assigned further. But in our pro version, you can enter same serial number multiple times.

You can insert single or multi-line text, numbers, etc in the serial field but it will not support the HTML elements that you want. It would be great if you can explain a bit more about the checkbox you want.
