This error will only come if you have not filled the following fields correctly :
‘FedEx Account Number”
“Fedex Meter Number”
“Web Services Key”
“Web Services Password”.If you are sure, that the details are correct, then make sure that you have enabled the field ‘Production key’ if the provided credentials are for live mode. Else, disable that field if you are using test credentials. Can you please check this and confirm?

The basic version does not have currency support as of now.
In the plus version of the plugin, there is a separate field using which one can define the base currency and assign a conversion rate so that the correct services with the correct rates are shown.Since you are sending USD as the currency, FedEx API is not returning the rates.

-When the product weights & dimensions are missing
-Invalid/Incorrect credentials
-Incorrect shipper/destination address
Can you please ensure all the above setting up are configured correctly and then try again?If you still face any issues, please provide us the UPS Request and Response. We will check with it and help you.

In reply to: [Fedex WooCommerce Shipping Method Plugin] Missing shipping methodOur plugin works independent of WooCommerce Shipping zones. You need not have to configure the FedEx shipping services under Shipping Zones.
You just have to enable the “Realtime rates” and the shipping services on your plugin settings Page.Please do configure these in your plugin settings and check with it.

The basic version of the plugin is meant for small shop owners who have a 1 or 2 products in their inventory. Hence, packing of products happens individually.
And rates will be returned for each package.So if there are 3 items in the cart, then the shipping will be calculated for 3 items individually.
The premium version has a advanced packing options available like Pack items individually, box packing and weight based packing.
If you would want to pack the items in a single box, then you would need go for premium version.Hi,

Ideally you can use one Canada Post account and use it on all sites.

In the installed plugins folder, if you search by the term ‘FedEx’, you will see two plugins. Of them one should be the premium version and one should be the free.
Just activate whichever you are looking for. This should surely resolve your problem.
