If you are getting “No shipping methods”, this message usually occurs :
-When the product weights & dimensions are missing
-Invalid/Incorrect credentials
-Incorrect shipper/destination address
Can you please ensure all the above setting up are configured correctly and then try again?

If you still face any issues, kindly provide us the FedEx Request and Response. We will check with it and help you.

Our plugin works independent of WooCommerce Shipping zones. Hence, it does not affect the zone configurations or settings.

Ideally, only the shipping options that you enable in the settings page will be displayed on the cart/checkout page.

Could you please check whether you are using any other FedEx solution or have added any shipping methods in WooCommerce shipping zones?
If the issue persists, please do share the screenshot of your settings and cart page.

The “Method Available to” (setting the countries you ship to) is available only in the premium version of the FedEx plugin.
The option you are seeing in the General settings tab is a WooCommerce feature.

You just need to enable ‘Realtime rates’ option and the services in the plugin settings page.

Once done and if your FedEx Credentials are correct, the rates will be returning fine.

Note: Also kindly ensure that the checkbox “Production Key” is only checked when you are using live credentials and not test credentials.

Are you not getting shipping rates even with Live shipping rates?
Kindly ensure ‘Ship-from and Ship-to’ addresses are valid.

If you are getting rates returned from FedEx website and not from the API(plugin), in that case, you may need to check with FedEx on this.

We can approach and check for you. Kindly refer this video and share the XML Request and response along with screenshot showing the rates.

This could be cache issue. Also it seems FedEx Test servers are down.
Could you please switch to Live Credentials and then check for the rates?

Our plugin works independent of WooCommerce Shipping zones. You need not have to configure the Canada Post/UPS shipping services under Shipping Zones.
You just have to enable the “Realtime rates” and the shipping services on your plugin settings Page.

Also you are getting “There are no valid services available.” error from response.
When checked in FedEx website with these addresses, it seems does not serve between these addresses. Screenshot link- https://prntscr.com/kfc125

Hi @drazen,

The basic version of the plugin is meant for small shop owners who have a 1 or 2 products in their inventory. Hence, Freight services are not available with the plugin.

However, the premium plugin will definitely return Live shipping rates for ‘Freight’ shipments as well. and also yes, you would need to have your own set of FedEx Credentials that has a validated Freight Account by FedEx.
