Use GoDaddy’s P3 plugin performance profiler to pinpoint plugins that are slowing you down and replace/remove them.
Use Compressor.io’s app to compress photos before loading them.

trailsnet something is conflicting as … as per my knowledge the comments are enabled by default for new articles … may be something is conflicting or you changed the default settings for comments …

Here is the solution for you

Go to settings -> then to discussion -> check the checkbox which is titled as “Allow people to post comments on new articles “

and after making sure it is checked … save and create a new post to test ..

I hope this will solve your problem… and yes there might be many comments plugin in https://www.www.ads-software.com/plugins just search comments string there and check the rating of the plugins before deciding and thanks

infact there is an option in the cpanel

let me tell you I also had this problem and I wanted to enable hidden files so somebody told me this solution and it worked …

so read my message and follow this … Go to your cpanel and login.

After logged in you’ll be on the main screen where all the windows like environment is there. Now look for the filemanager option.

When you click on filemanager you get a popup on the screen . So this popup asks which directory to open “right on this popup look for the checkbox that says show hidden files”.
So just check this option to show hidden files and then proceed to the filemanager … now you will find the .htaccess file easily … I hope this solves your problem.

singlespeeder there are number of plugins that can do that … just go to https://www.www.ads-software.com/plugins and search for logo plugins or if you want to use some page builder plugin for this you can also find them in wordpress directory and page builder plugins can help you display logos in grid.

So try to login to your dashboard and see if there is an options panel for this theme in options panel look for an option to make it responsive because as per my experience the premium themes have this option to switch between fixed width and responsive width modes. So there is no harm in checking .. just check in the options panel of theme and check for responsive option it should be there.There is something very minor that you are missing just look for this option in the options panel. Options panel is mostly in appearance and then options or it can be outside also in your dashboard. ok thanks

yah it is not responsive …. what you should do is that use media queries to handle this

steps
install the resond plugin so that it also work on IE 8
Then add media query at the end of style.css file and set your settings there for smaller screens.

Secondly if you have a premium theme then in your options page there might be an option to make the whole site responsive so also see that. If you need my assistance i can help you fix this.

For making the site fast you can use a plugin called smush it or plugins like lazy load … but what you are saying it seems as if your whole site is messed up. So you should seek services to fix it. you say you see a blank screen when you logged into your dashboard so sometimes updating washes the changes if done… but in your case dashboard is messed up I mean the admin area so I guess a full revamp of your site is required. Like the steps can installing a fresh wordpress installation of latest version and then stepwise transferring your data into it .. all the pages and plugins etc. And then you can shift your newly created site on to the main domain.

Secondly also see the security point of view and make it secure from sql injection. Woocommerce is very powerful so I guess you should not have any problem with it but if you have done any modifications to the plugin and you try to update it then previous changes are overwritten. So I personally fell you should seek services and go for full site revamp and keep everything updated and secondly too many plugins make the site slow. And also share the url of your site … I’ll check it with firebug if there is any javascript file that is breaking your layout. Thanks

ok so you posts in your site …. it is a blog I guess.

So go to dashboard then posts and then click on all posts.

Now just below each post click on quick edit and make sure that show comments option is enabled and also if jetpack is creating the problem just uninstall it if it is not required and use some alternative plugin instead from traffic stats.

Brother Godaddy is very famous but honestly my personal experience was very bad and I had the same kind of problems where my wordpress site was very slow and also these site down problems were there. May they have too much load as everybody is rughing towards Godaddy and may be their servers are over flown with data ….

You can discuss this with your hosting and secondly try to do everything from scratch or try to create another subdomain on your server with another fresh wordpress installation … if the problem is there with that site also then it is definately your hosting that is causing the problem.
