We are quite confused with the theme setup. Please be informed that Coming Soon is a plugin, not a template-based. Or you mean the design that are you being set up to your Coming Soon page?

Do you have any security plugins installed? If none, you can try to rename the Coming Soon plugin folder via FTP > wp-content > plugins.

The Coming Soon plugin will be deactivated once the folder is renamed.
