You should be able to use the number format that is set in WooCommerce itself. The number format in the app is controlled by Vipps and is outside the reach of this plugin.

The plugin use the setting for the site wide language of the website.

You can change this in the WordPress admin by going to “Settings” -> “General” -> “Language”. In Danish it is “Indstillinger” -> “Generelt” -> “Nettstedets Sprog”.

I think you should now change the setting under Mobile Pay -> Advanced settings back to default and delete the empty page you created.

You can try to reset permalinks.

I am not sure what this is called in a danish interface, but in english you go to (in wordpress admin): Settings -> Permalinks. Make sure the box “Post name” is checked (“Innleggsnavn” in norwegian).

Then click “Save” in the bottom of the page.

Can you try to change to the theme Storefront? That is the most standard theme for WooCommerce.

If it still fails, then you probably have a plugin that interferes with how WordPress translates slugs into pages.

About issue 2 first. This is not an error message from the Mobile Pay plugin. I looked through all the code now, and this message must come from another plugin.

Regarding issue number 1, 404. Some themes treat URLs in a way so the Mobile Pay pages does not work. This can be solve by doing the following:

1. Create a blank page that you call for instance “Mobile Pay Landing page”
2. Enter settings for the Mobile Pay plugin and click Advanced.
3. In the dropdown for “Brug et rigtigt side-ID for de specielle %1$s sider – n?dvendigt for nogle temaer” you must choose the page you just created.

Med Vipps Checkout velger man frakten inne i en iframe som kontrolleres fra Vipps sine servere. Denne siden henter mulige fraktalternativer fra WooCommerce. Ettersom Vipps sin iframe ikke kjenner detaljene omkring din forretningslogikk s? presenterer den nok alle alternativene den finner. Og derfor ser du alle.

Hovedutvikler av utvidelsen er n? p? ferie, men jeg kan ta opp dette med ham n?r han er tilbake om et par uker. Trolig er det ingen god l?sning for Vipps Checkout i akkurat ditt tilfelle.

N?r man kj?per via hurtigkassen, s? er flyten veldig annerledes enn n?r man bruker Vipps fra kassen p? grunn av hvordan WooCommerce er laget. N?r man g?r til Vipps direkte fra en produktside med hurtigkassen, s? finnes det egentlig ingen ordre i WooCommerce enda. Og derfor ingen informasjon om frakt heller. N?r man g?r via kassen, s? finnes mer informasjon i WooCommerce.

Det er dessverre ingen innstilling for dette, og ikke en vei utenom s? vidt jeg er klar over.

V?r hovedutvikler er tilbake fra ferie om noen uker, og jeg kan h?re med ham om han kjenner til noen vei utenom akkurat dette, men jeg tviler.

This error is coming from the Vipps API and it means that the credentials (client id, secret and/or subscription) are not correct.

So you have to log in to the Vipps portal and make sure you get the correct ids and keys.

I think I see the problem here and it could possible apply to all gift card plugins where you can pay also for shipping with the gift card.

The shipping options and their prices are fetched from woocommerce by the Vipps app so the customer can choose shipping inside the app. And the Vipps app is not aware that the shipping fee is already included with a reduced price in the cart.

I read the documentation for the plugin now, and see that there are some limitations on which payment gateways and shipping plugins that will work. You can take a look here: https://woocommerce.com/document/gift-cards/compatibility-and-integrations/

I see that you now use Vipps Checkout and can not see anyhwere it would be possible for me to use a gift card. With Vipps checkout all logic regarding shipping is done inside the Vipps app.

You could look into the settings of the gift card app and see if it is possible to limit the use of the card so it is not possible to pay for shipping with the card.

Dette er vel inne i selve Vipps-applikasjonen? Jeg tror at det f?rste steget er for at Vipps skal f? bekreftet adressen som er n?rmest de butikkene man skal hente fra.

Dersom Vipps ikke vet hvilken adresse, s? m? man vise fram alle butikker i Norge som kan hentes fra.

Unfortunately there are some plugins that are not compatible with the Vipps payment gateway because of the way they interact with the flow.

Can you please let us know which plugin you use?

We have reduced capacity for development during the summer, so if a fix is possible, it will not be available until late august.
