Do you mean that when you log in at https://www.burntumberarts.com/wp-login.php, you’re being taken to https://www.burntumberarts.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/dashboard, instead of https://www.burntumberarts.com/wp-admin/index.php?
If so, how long have you been seeing this behavior?
Have you recently changed anything on your site (e.g., update or install new software, server configuration tweaks, etc.)?
Once we get some feedback, we can take the next troubleshooting step in resolving your issue.

Will do!
You should hear from us soon and thank you for your patience ??
We’re seeing the following error for this site’s Jetpack connection:
HTTP status code was not 200 (406)
Can you forward this to your host for feedback? They should be able to provide more information on this and make any necessary server changes.
They might find the following helpful, as well:

Once that is done, let us know. We will re-test the connection and help you with any other Jetpack issues!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] related post picturesThis “set featured image” option changes my headers, which are different for my blog and podcast.
This does not seem to be the default behavior for the Catch Evolution theme.
We installed this theme on our test site. The header image is the same for all posts. Setting a Featured Image for a post did not affect the header, and Jetpack Related Posts successfully pulled the Featured Image from the posts.
Do you know of a different way to manually choose a image thumbnail for Jetpack?
We do have the following filter available:
https://developer.jetpack.com/hooks/jetpack_images_get_images/
If you have any questions about implementing this customization, we suggest looking into a service that can help you customize your site, such as the WordPress Professional Network:
If you find that you’re not able to get a satisfactory result with Jetpack, you may want to explore some alternative Related Post options.
We hope that helps!

You can turn off any Jetpack feature you don’t require by using the instructions here:

We hope that helps, and let us know if you have any more questions!
I don’t want that Jetpack count the admin views for pages, articles and so on
Since you don’t want to count page views from logged in admins, you want to leave this toggled off, as you have it in your screenshot.
We have more information on this here, too:

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Uninstall of JetpackI did respond to you on July 16th.
I think I responded to @fotis and even included screenshots of the issue.Do you mean via a private support request that @fstat asked you to submit?
We checked the WordPress.com account of the Primary User for this Jetpack site, and we did not see any recent support requests.
If you’d like, we can reach out to the email address we have on-file for this account to further help you with this.
If that is OK, please confirm, and we will get started on that, ASAP.
When I login to wordpress.com, I have two lists of followers to my sites: Followers and Email Followers.
This might help clarify things:
On WordPress.com, your WordPress.com followers and email followers are counted separately. This means that one person can follow your site on the Reader and receive email notifications when you make a new post which would count them on both lists. On Jetpack, that same follower would only be counted once under WordPress.com Followers on your My Followers list.
https://jetpack.com/support/wordpress-com-stats/
I don’t precisely know the difference but assume that the email group gets more than simply a notification but at least an excerpt of a post.
All followers that sign up to your site via the Jetpack Blog Subscriptions widget will receive email notifications when you publish new content, whether they are listed as a Follower or an Email Follower. This is outlined in the page we previously linked to.
I assume the other gets something else? The something else my friend gets is NOT an email. Instead, she gets notifications via the little bell icon alert. The same as what’s on the wordpress.com reader. She is NOT on the reader. She ONCE was on WordPress.com but switched to self-hosted some years ago.
As we previously mentioned, please have the follow in question contact us so that we can examine this further. Have them provide a link to this thread in their submission:

I don’t know if this is a Jetpack problem or a WordPress problem. But for me it’s a BIG one. If people don’t know I’ve posted, they won’t see my stuff.
As far as we can tell, the Jetpack connection for this site looks good and we were able to successfully follow johnswriting.com/wp/. Once you post new content, we will confirm that we received the appropriate email update.
I don’t want to completely disable the Subscriptions module. I love using it to allow people to follow comments. That way they get notified when I add a response to their comment.
FYI: I just submitted this as an issue on github
Understood.
Thank you for your feedback and submitting the issue!
Most of the followers I have are non-email.
Can you clarify what you mean by this?
We looked at your site and could see the Jetpack Subscription widget in the sidebar. We followed your site to make sure this is working.
To review how Jetpack Subscriptions work, please check out the document here:

Also, please have the follower in question reach out to us via this form:

We will be glad to help them, as well!
