Hi @kaylee1002 I have just installed the plugin, had the same issue but found it eventually.
1. Goto: WooCommerce/Settings/Shipping/Shipping zones/
2. Edit one of your current “zones”
3. Add “The Courier Guy” as a “Shipping Method”
4. Configure the settings for that Zone.

Hi @chrisdando I had the same issue, so I saved the “settings” first, then clicking on the “suburb” again (give it a short sec, to connect to “The Courier Guy” website, then it should give you the list of options.

I’m currently struggling that Plugin does not give me the option at checkout but will play around some more.

@linuxhombr3 The 5.0.2 update is supposed to be released tomorrow the 19th of December 2018, not sure if they will also push a 4.9.10 release. Thanks for the temp solution.

Does anyone know if the CSV Upload “fix” (MIME upload) will be included in the 5.0.2 release? And will there also be a fix release for the 4 Branch?

The same issue, on multiple WordPress sites. Woocommerce and non-Woocommerce sites. Sites updated to 4.9.9 so I think probably related to this update. Will do some testing with a restore and provide feedback.

Hi @wfscott, thanks for your response but it seems I had a corrupt “.htaccess” file and this caused all kinds of false error messages, especially with “include” statements. So everything is working again.
