In reply to: [WPC Product Options for WooCommerce] Color schemeHi,
The point is also that you have to convince those who try to buy. And with kind of behavior, on a such simple detail, well, what do you hope to get?
From commercial perspective, I, as a seller, consider this as counter-productive, you are just showing are not really service and performance oriented. But you are allowed of course to disagree with me.

It’s a good tip, I will try it as soon as possible on my staging site and will revert

Hello,
It seems that you suggest me to pay … while you are yet proving via your free version that it’s buggy, and you are willing to improve it?
Waiting for your feedback
Kind regards
Hello,

In reply to: [Extra Product Options Builder for WooCommerce] Button stylingHello,
As I wrote, the button of your plugin is styled by default wordpress settings.
I have a theme, which is designing “native” buttons of wordpress, like “add to cart” in woocommerce. It’s identified and known, and there is a CSS rule. Same for external links, etc.
So either there would be a way to include your button is theme. Or to design your button so that it’s lin line with the site style.
I would not like to waste your time, I have decided to yet use another plugin. Personnally, I here need a button, which, basically, enables to see the info to fulfill product options (via textarea, etc.). The plugin which I use is not proposing “button”, but “shortcode”. And I use this shortcode to put my button and it works.
Hava a demo on your side could also be useful.
With my best wishes for you

In reply to: [WPC Product Options for WooCommerce] Color schemeHello,
Here it is written “support”.
You wrote : Our developers said that they won’t make any built-in options for changing the color of option elements since the display can be customized with CSS to match the design.
I can only undertsand that you refuse to …. support. It’s not really fair.
I don’t mind leaving a negative review till it’s fair and will do
Kind regards

In reply to: [YayExtra - WooCommerce Extra Product Options] Missing & non-working “things”Hello,
I absolutely need a button with link.
So, no need to spend time on 1 / 2 / 3. If those are of interest, you will make it happen. Chat is super time consuming. I saw no tutorial on your website. Normal?
Cheers
Polina
Hello Jamsheer,

In reply to: [YayExtra - WooCommerce Extra Product Options] Missing & non-working “things”Hello Bruce,
- CSS don’t not seem to work. Setting of textarea is on 1 row, and visually, 5 are delivered. Big problem? No, sincerely.
- For 2, it’s on a staging site which is password protected. I would not mind giving you the credentials in a secure way. That said, I had not noticed this tab “customize” you just indicated via point 1, and via font size and font weight, I can manage, and it’s acceptable.
- Not sure that a place holder text shall fade. Better visible, especially for senior people. Further, most often, themes propose a dark or light color schemes. Fade text can be OK for dark if contrast, but for light … And for some, visibility / readility / findability matter more than aesthetics.
- Sometimes, developers seem to think about complicated things but not to simply efficient ones. If there was a way to add a basic text block (without any place holder) … which could become an informative paragraph , or a header , or where man could place a short code. A simple thing that would bring many additional opportunities. But I am not a Tech and maybe it’s far more difficult than I imagine.
Kind regards

In reply to: [YayExtra - WooCommerce Extra Product Options] Missing & non-working “things”Hello,
Here is a first illustration.
https://snipboard.io/i3JsSL.jpg
What you can see:
1. row setting is at 1, and text area is wider. Why? Indeed, since working on staging site, I deactivated all caches. Maybe your plugin uses 1?
2. On a variable product, your text title does not get the style of the woocommerce variations (see 1 and 2 vs 3 on image. I am not a Tech at all. I am testing other plugins. Others use “label” for this say ” addon title”, woocommerce use “label” for variations as well, you use “span”, which could explain why the style is not inherited nor matching the global CSS.
3. It is impossible (?) to add an explanatory text / an instruction / a guideline between the “title” of the textarea. It could have been placeholder, but in my case (Theme = Woodmart), the inherited style makes text almost invisible

Other image, presenting somehow what I’d like … a ” addon title” styled like variations + a visible explanatory text + a button sending to kind of “more info”

Hoping this clarifies
Kind regards
