In reply to: Images not displaying after upgradeOkay… and that’s exactly what I was doing. I was giving a solution to what SOUNDED like the same problem I was having… how is that not helping? Where the heck is someone to go for help when she’s been having the same problem for a week without anyone helping anyone? Then you try to help someone out and it’s considered “Just not cool”? You guys all say the same exact thing. I’m just getting frustrated that so many people are having these problems yet nothing is being done but the same standard protocol “change your theme, undo all plugins, contact host”. It has nothing to do with any of that apparently. We’re all not using the same host, the same theme, the same plugins….

In reply to: Pictures won't upload! Please help!I’ve been going through the error of this and figured something out. (It’s been a week of trial and error, so this is my result so far):
Settings-> Media-> Uncheck “Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional)”
Your pictures should be able to be uploaded…

In reply to: Images not displaying after upgradeAnd I’ll probably get yelled at, and you will too Ashleyschroeder and Tonyanytime because we need to “start our own thread”… but when we do, it gets ignored. I’ve been at this for almost a week now!

In reply to: Images not displaying after upgradeSame here, and I keep getting IGNORED by these so called “moderators”.
Are you guys getting the HTTP Error when uploading pictures to Media Library too?
Go to put a picture in a post, if it doesn’t show up, click HTML, and look at the Height and Width, does it say 1 and 1? That’s what it’s doing to me… I figured it out, but now it’s HUGE. If you’re having this problem go to Settings -> Media -> Uncheck “Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional)”
You should be able to now upload pictures into the media library, and insert them into a post, BUT they’re going to be thousand dimensions by thousand dimensions… I just gotta try and figure out how to stop it!

In reply to: Media Upload error after upgrading to Version 3.8Okay… I figured something out. Go into media settings, and uncheck “Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional)”
You should be able to upload the pictures without getting the HTTP error…
Then when I insert them in my post, instead of them being 1×1 like before, they’re HUGE! So now it’s a matter of figuring that part out…
