    Hi,

Interesting things are happening. When I changed the shipping fee to 1.840yen. The shipping fee is shown as 2 yen. Then I changed the shipping fee again to 1,840 yen. Now, the shipping cost shows correctly as 1,840 yen. Is it the common issue? Anyway, I will do the same things to another 49 zones.

I think you solved the issue.
    Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. I already performed the site health check with deactivated the theme and plugins (except WooCommerce). The issue was persisted in the test.

Recently, I added one more class in the flat rate.
    The calculation type is:
Per Order:?Charge shipping for the most expensive shipping class

Hi, Thank you for your reply.
I have checked the Currency setting at WooCommerce.
    It shows:
Currency: Japanese (yen mark) – JPY
    Currency symbol position : Left
    Thousands separator: ,
    Decimal separator: .
Number of digits after decimal point: 0

Japanese yen does not need to show ‘Number of digits after decimal point’, so it set as 0.

I think the currency setting is correct. But the issue is persisted.
