I’m aware of the existence of the different user levels, and the possibilities they offer to contribute to the creation of content.

However, I’m looking for a more extensive profile-kind-of-thingy, where users can upload avatars, enter more detailed personal information and create content (even) more easy..

I’ll continue searching myself, and suggestions and ideas or tips for handy plug-ins are of course more then welcome, thanks in advance!

Thank you, Kafkaesqui, but I’m using the Kubrick version. A Ctrl-F search in Dreamweaver on “catagories” in index.php didn’t give me the desired result. Maybe there are other suggestions?
Excuse me for those noobish questions, but I’m sure this topic, when answered, can still be useful for other starters with WordPress !

Anyone got a new idea to fix this ? So, for example, change “Categories” into something elso, like “Subjects” ?

I’m sorry for the lack of specific details, my head was just running over.
I’m afraid my first topic overhere will turn out to be rather useless, since the main problem is solved, although I don’t know exactly how… I deleted everything I had on my server, starting all over again with WP 1.2.1, and even a fresh new database.
Kubrick 1.2.6 was installed as described in the read-me, in the root of my site. And it works ! The strange listing-problem in Firefox 1.0 is gone !
Little question that remains : How can I remove the topmargin for the header image, so that the page will be “fixed” to the bottem of the adress bar/tabs of the used browser ?
