I ended up using Buddypress, but still cannot figure out how to show the Author’s bio…only the author’s name…it’s a start ?? would you have an idea? I’ll try disabling some plugins and updating theme…I never changed any files in the theme.

What do you suggest I do?

I really dont get it.
Title is fine, date is fine, category is fine, but no author’s name for the piece…

but still no name of Author on post…

I notice that (only after you said ot ?? the avatar is gone.
DO you know how to clean the cache? I’m not using any plugins, just normal WP add post.

I’m in Appearance->Theme Settings->CSS and I added:
#blog-single div.author-box { display: none !important; }
#blog-single div.post div.post-content { margin-left: 0; width: 100% !important; }
