Just to clarify, the ‘simple task’ is actually simple for a programmer with Javascript and/or PHP knowledge. For the average user, this is a very simple plugin to use and you can create very professional looking forms in minutes.

Thanks – fully understand. Have had a quick look and looks like it should be relatively easy. For anyone else looking for an answer to this subject – yes, there are MANY very helpful sites giving fully coded example.

Thank you for your VERY prompt response. Sorry to ask, but can you give me a hint. I am a programmer but do not know javascript. I just want to set a field (e.g. ‘Total’) to ‘Persons’ * [a set value].

Further Update: Lost internet connection and when re-connected the problem was there again!! No media library displayed and cannot switch between Text and Visual on page edit! Tried different users (admin) but no luck!! HELP!!

UPDATE – I have switched to another user and all seems to be working for that user!! If anyone can even attempt to explain why this would/could happen it will be much appreciated. What could affect just one user when presumably the same files are being accessed to load/edit posts/pages. BOTH users are administrators.

Clarification – the ‘blank screen’ mentioned above is NOT really a blank screen. The page starts to load, displays ‘Media Library’ and ‘Add New’ button and that’s it except sometimes (I suspect if load is really slow) it also shows the selection bar and search area.
