Ok so I figured out why the site was being glitchy itself but I still can’t install the wordpress…I am pretty sure it’s because of this:
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.
How do I know the MySQL database server?
