I know about the linked products option and we do use it for some products. However, the issue is that we have thousands of products and the time investment needed to link all products would not be justified.

We were interested to see if maybe a forum member has a code snippet that would remove main categories as a factor in the choosing of related products. Only subcategories and maybe tags should be included. We had such a snippet before, but unfortunately, it does not work anymore.

The product I am looking at is only part of 1 main category and 1 subcategory. Let’s say “clothes” and “shoes” as shown in your screenshot. With this setup, related products are being pulled from both “shoes” and “T-shirts”.

It is true that if I uncheck the main category (“clothes” in your screenshot), then the related products will only be pulled from the same subcategory (shoes). But I do not want to uncheck it, as people vising my “clothes” main category page will be able to see “shoes” and “T-shirts” and this is what I want.

Thank you, this seems to solve the issue with the opacity of the picture. However, the avatar has a weird shape and it is not perfectly square as it should be. Do you know what might be causing this?

Thank you for getting back to me. So I managed to solve the issue by manually fetching the file a couple more times from the Google merchant center.

However, the plugin still has some weird behavior I do not understand. For example, yesterday I edited a product with 4 variations and deleted 2 of them. Today, after 24h I have checked the google merchant center and the product still has 4 variations. Even though I set up the feed in Merchant Center to be updated daily, it seems that this does not happen.

When I download the feed from Woocommerce > Product Feed Pro > Manage feeds it seems that the feed is up to date. When I download it from Google Merchant Center > Feeds, it is not updated even though 24h have passed since I did the modifications (so they should have been fetched) or even though I manually fetch and process it from the merchant center.

What is causing these discrepancies between the plugin and google merchant center? Shouldn’t the products be updated daily from the feed on my website?

Regarding your request to deactivate all plugins and install the Frontstore theme, well, if you bothered to read the whole thread before replying, you would know that this is the 3rd time you and your colleagues ask me to do that. So for the third time I am telling you that I already tried that and it does not fix the issue.

You can go ahead and close this thread as it is clear to me that you guys are just passing me around from one to the other and you don’t even bother reading the previous posts in this thread before replying.

I don’t understand why I should create a staging site just for you to be able to read in English? It is very easy to use the Chrome functionality that translates the website for you.

If you don’t have a solution to the issue, just say it and I will try to find help somewhere else but don’t make me waste my time here by asking me to do stuff just for the sake of it.

Hi, the site is live, I can’t really change it to English. You could use the Chrome translate to English feature though.

I spoke to them and they disabled it. The issue is still there. Does not seem to be related to cache honestly.

Yes, I did check with them. The only server side cache is managed by Litespeed Cache and I cleared that.

I tried purging the cache multiple times. It does not seem to do anything.

THis is the first thing I tried, as I mentioned in my original post.
