I have found a workaround for my problem.
Settings found:
Customizer -> Landing Page -> Settings: ?Disabled“
Change settings to:
Customizer -> Landing Page -> Settings: ?Enabled“; Featured Content ?Disable“
Customizer -> Landing Page -> Disabled
Customizer -> Landing Page -> Text Areas -> Text Area 1: Proposed Website
Now it works.
