The “Show on all posts” and “Show on all pages” options in our plugin are constructed so to show the latest saved series of the buttons.
So, to show both of the series on the same page(s)/post(s) you should insert the second series of the buttons via shortcode.

We do understand that this may be a bit confusing, but we have constructed it so to avoid conflicts between several series.

We are using InnoDB for the table structure of our plugin.
So, could you, please, check if your hosting provider supports InnoDB?
