Dear user,
Thank you for contacting us!1. Seems that your menu’s z-index is higher than the popups and that’s the reason popup appears under the menu. We’re going to update the plugin and we’ll increase the z-index. That will help to display the popup properly.
2. Could you, please, give us any screenshots? As we try with different computers and it works as expected. Please, stay tuned with our updates.
Best regards,
Sygnoos Team.Dear @kerdezo,
Thank you for your kind words!
Unfortunately, currently we don’t have such options in our plugin.
Will let you know when we do.Best regards,
Sygnoos Team.Dear User,

There is Javascript error on your side which affects our plugin.
After investigation we have found that inside your theme there is an invalid jQuery selector. And here is the error message Syntax error, unrecognized expression: .navbar a[href*=#]:not([href=#]), .menuWrapper a[href*=#]:not([href=#])
Please contact your theme support team so they can fix this issue.Best Regards,
Sygnoos Team.Dear @bernd2016,
As we can see from the warnings, the problem is with the Jetpack plugin.
Those warnings affect on our plugin’s functionality and that’s the reason popup doesn’t work.
There are some ways to solve this problem:
1. Deactivate Jetpack plugin.
2. Turn off your warnings, change the wordpress config file,like this: define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
3. Contact Jetpack plugin so that they solve the warnings with their plugin.Best regards,

Sygnoos Team.Dear @francescopost,
The popup doesn’t work because of the java script code you tried to insert in the page.
There are java script errors on your page.
Please, try to insert the popup on a page which doesn’t have any java script errors and the popup will work.Best regards,
