Our developer checked your website and found that there’s something wrong in the logic of the site.
So, you need to add ” wrap=”span” element in your shortcode to make the popup work properly.Here’s an example of how it should be done (add your popup id number and wrap your image as you have done before):
[sg_popup id=”1″ event=”click” wrap=”span”][/sg_popup]

You can open our popups either via shortcodes or via the CSS class (sg-popup-id-1) we provide.
