May we know if you want to show the closing button after some seconds only, so the users will need to read the content of the popup and only after will be able to close the popup?

In case you mean that, you need to do the following steps:

1) Open the Design section from your Popup Maker account
2) Make sure you have enabled the ”Show Close Button”
3) Set the desired seconds on the Show After fields: the close button will appear according to the seconds you will set up
4) As an option, you can enable the Show Countdown Label and customize it, so the users can be notified, that the close button will appear after some seconds:

It’s not possible to use a video of any other format than YouTube, Vimeo, Daily Motion inside the video popup.

However, if your video has a separate URL or an embed code, you can try a workaround.

You can either use:

1) Our Iframe popup element in case the video has a separate URL: How to Use an Iframe Popup

2) The HTML element in case the video has an embed code you can use: How to use HTML Element in a popup?

We would like to have the URL so we can have this tested on our end as well. If you don’t want the popup to appear on your website, you can place it on a test page and provide the URL to that page.

All you need to do, is to connect the Google Map API key to your Popup Maker account.
Once it is done, you can configure the map inside the popup as per your needs.
