Here’s what you can do:
1. Clone the popup (see the Clone button screenshot https://prnt.sc/Kxv_G5I7sY-M)
2. Set the Opening Event “On Click” (see the relevant screenshot https://prnt.sc/vQMV5S1B7juC)
3. Not set anything in the Display Rules > Showing Frequency unlike the original popup
4. Disable the Floating button option in the original popup and have it enabled for the cloned one

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to display a shortcode inside our forms. The reason for this is that we’re not just a WordPress based plugin, our popups are created and edited outside WordPress.

However, if you tell us what kind of a form you use, what fields it has, we may be able to offer a solution with our own built in forms.

So, technically there is a way to use the plugin, of course, with a limitation.

The reason for asking this is that we see Forminator is a WordPress based plugin and it’s not possible to use shortcodes of other plugins inside our forms generally.

In order to achieve the desired result, please, click on the button inside the layout from your Popup Maker account, switch to the Style, and change the Border radius of the Button as mentioned in the screenshot.

Please, allow us to explain why building the popups itself is on our website while the rest is on WordPress.

See, generally ours is not just a plugin but a separate tool. This means that it can be used for any website whether it’s WordPress (or any other CMS) based or a custom built one. This is why the popup itself is created on our end but to make it easier for a person to make the popup appear on their own website, we also have the WordPress plugin.

Also, wanted to note that unlike any other plugins, the popups are hosted on our servers. This is also why the popups are created on our own website where you have to register. The advantage is that this takes the load off of your website and doesn’t affect the speed in any way.

Let us know if the provided information clears up the matter in any way.
