Popup Maker TeamDear @lorcur ,
Hope you’re fine.
We were wondering whether the popup works as you wished.
Please, let us know if any further assistance is needed.
Dear @lorcur ,
It’s not necessary to clear cache, it’s just a precaution in case the cache plugin you may be using keeps cache and the change isn’t seen immediately.
If you set the correct options, check the popup and all is good, then no need to clear cache at the moment.
Also, what we meant was the whole website cache, not just Popup Maker. Not sure if the cache plugins provide a way to clean cache for a single plugin at all.
Glad to see that you’ve found the way to deal with URLs.
As for the other question, we checked the popup and noticed that it has a button inside.
So there are two options you can choose from.1) The first option would allow you not to show the popup more than once a day to people who clicked the button inside the popup. To do that, you should click on the button element, click on the option called “Don’t show popup after button click”, set 1 in the Cookie Expires option (the value is for days) and save the popup. See the screenshot for visual help.
2) The second option will help if you want the user to see the popup just once no matter they clicked the button or no. You can show the popup just once by controlling the popup showing frequency as shown in the tutorial below:
How to control popup Showing Frequency? In any case, no matter which option you decide to go with, make sure to save the popup afterwards and clear cache of the cache plugin you may use. This will make sure you can see the change you made in effect immediately.
Let us know if you managed to set the correct frequency for the popup.
Dear @lorcur ,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Let’s go over the questions one by one.
1) How about choosing the Page Type filter and seeing if it brings up the desired pages? https://prnt.sc/D1YnY8m8sWw3
Also, just to note, you can have the popup show everywhere with WordPress plugin settings and then customize the rest with the Display Rules (Some Pages option) with the URLs. You will simply need to insert the URLs where the popup is or isn’t supposed to show.
Check the How to open popup on site pages tutorial for more info.2) You can show the popup just once by controlling the popup showing frequency as shown in the tutorial below:
How to control popup Showing Frequency? Please note that the frequency setting is connected with the browser cookie. So, in case the browser is changed or cache & cookies are cleared, the same person will see the popup.
We would also like to note that the popup didn’t appear here: https://www.test.ripetiamodiritto.com/
Was the popup disabled for some reason?Looking forward to your response.
Dear @hernandez78 ,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sharing this.
Could you double check the email inserted in the settings of your subscription element? https://prnt.sc/-vnmrenoNvpT
On the other hand, could you check the spam/junk folders of your mailbox to make sure the emails didn’t appear there?Looking forward to your response.
Dear @bondar2000 ,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please, provide us with:
1. the URL where the popup is supposed to appear
2. screenshots from the Opening Events and the Display Rules so we can see what options were chosen there (see the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ExXUW4ylDZkv) .On the other hand, please note that exit intent works a bit differently on mobile. Since there is no hovering action like on a laptop, mobile exit intent is triggered when the back button is clicked or else when the tab is switched. Please, check the following link for more info:
Looking forward to your response.
Dear @nas10houssain ,
Thanks for reaching out.
As you use the Active Campaign, we will suggest adding the reCaptcha to your Active Campaign form and insert the form into our HTML popup.
As a result, you will have the Active Campaign form with the reCaptcha inside the popup.
Also check the article below, which will help you to achieve the desired result:How to use ActiveCampaign forms in Popup Maker?
Please, let us know, if the suggestion works for you.

We are sad to see your review.
Let us clear up the situation to avoid any misunderstandingOur plugin is just a connector between the Popup Maker service and your WordPress website which we have highlighted inside the plugin’s description to not make anyone disappointed.
But we will take into consideration your feedback and will update the description by making it more clear. This is all known practice ad there are too many plugins like ours.

Dear @ruizmerlemunt ,
Thanks for the question.
We can suggest using our ”IP Address Targeting” option from the Display Rules, so you can block the exact IPs of your workers and prevent the popup from showing to those IP addresses.
More information about it can be found in the article below:
How to show a popup depending on the IP address of the user? Please, check the option and don’t hesitate to get back to us in case of additional questions.
Best,
