Good idea. I will have to extract my wp backup zip on my computer, then rezip the files without it being in the WordPress subfolder before restoring this time.

Aidas Keburys – I’m not sure if my hosting service allows SSH. I will research this and also read the link you gave. Thanks for the help!

Jose Castaneda – Most of the backup consists of product images. Now that I’ve been learning more about backups, I might be able to remove the bulk of the images from the backup and re-upload them manually through wordpress later. That is if I can’t easily restore the backup as is.

Quick question: Should I re-install wordpress in cpanel before restoring the backup?
