Hi Marius. I can’t find the fix there, except to change the entire theme, which we can’t do, since our site is placed in a professional theme (Striking Multiflex) that we want to keep. Is there a fix for this without changing the theme?

One more question: I’m backing up to my Google Drive account (each day for seven days for the databases, once a week for two weeks for everything). I’ve noticed that it backs up to my server and Google Drive, but is there a way to make it so that it ONLY backs up to Google Drive and not my server? Thanks.

Ah, yes. Of course, that makes sense. It always throws me off sometimes when I see the file size compared ot the “Backups my database” size. So the Backups my database size is the actual file size, and the downloaded file size is the compressed, zipped version. Got it. Thanks.

Okay, I think I’ve finally found the solution. When you’re editing a form, under Email, you now have to enter a “Reply-To” email address (before, you didn’t have to). Now the plugin works properly. No offense or anything, but is there any way to can make the plugin work like it did before, when you didn’t have to enter an actual reply-to email?

It seems like a very small (and insignificant) to-do is causing some very big problems out there.

However, this email address isn’t actually receiving the notifications for each form entry (which is actually good, because I don’t want it to – too many emails). And the notification emails still aren’t working neither. Do you know why this might be happening? Thanks.

One more thing if this helps: the plugin was working perfectly fine up until about two weeks ago. I’ve even tried rolling back to previous versions, but that didn’t fix the problem either.

I’ve already done this, but they can’t find anyting wrong. Would rolling back to an older edition of Form Builder help, or would purchasing the Pro version help with this issue? Hope to hear from you soon.

I checked the PHP version on my hosting provider, and it’s version 5.5. There is an option to switch to 7.0, but I even tried that and the problem persisted. As well, it appears that the notification email isn’t being sent either.

Is there a fix for this? I’m stil getting the HTTP Error 500 problem. Thanks.

No offense or anything, but is there just a way you can develop a quick update just to fix the problem listed above? It seems quite serious, since it basically renders all surveys (or at least any more than one survey) pretty useless since we can’t download the results. I know this is a free plugin, but from what I understand, even the paid version is troubled by this issue.

Is there a chance that you’ll come up with a quick fix to this issue? Thanks.
