I know this isn’t what you want to hear — but we had to revert clients to a prior version of WooCommerce in order for this to work.
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce/developers/ Version 2.3.13 is confirmed to work. I will be monitoring to ensure that 2.4.8 works before upgrading to the 2.4 branch.
