Thanks for your patience. ‘PostSMTP’ is responsible for sending the emails through the selected service or socket. Whenever emails are sent from your website, our plugin forwards them without any queuing and delay functionality, regardless of the number of emails sent.
If you want queue functionality in the PostSMTP plugin and don’t want to face the same issue in the future use our Advanced Email Delivery & Logs – Post SMTP (postmansmtp.com).

Thanks for your patience. I tried to replicate your issue, and on my end everything works well. Automatic emails by ?Simple Job Board also work fine.
This might be due to the configuration of the Simple Job Board. Kindly, check your Simple Job Board setup. If the issue persists after that, please share a diagnostic report with us.

It seems like the issue is with your google account because this error message indicates that you sent too many emails in a short period of time.?Check your gmail account configuration or talk to gmail support.

We tried to reproduce your case but the issue is not found on our end. You have to deactivate plugins one by one and switch the theme to the default theme. Check your issue by sending the test email and let us know if your issue is there.

- Is Post SMTP ‘Test email’ also sending emails with quotation mark ‘From Name’?
- Which socket is being used?
- Is this happening with any specific plugin like (CF7, WooCommerce, etc.)?

I hope you are doing well.
After looking into your case we found that it might be due to the setting of the message in the message tab. The checkbox field must be checked to ensure that the name and email address are sent with the email.
Follow the following steps:
- Go to the Settings
- Go to the Message Tab
- Mark the check boxes below the ‘Email Address’ and ‘Name’.
