    Hi,

Yes it turns out my hosting site blocked my IP from accessing wordpress.
They removed the block and it’s now working!!

    Thanks for all the help.

I’ve contacted support from my hosting company and they say they are able to access the page. Can you please check and tell me if you are having the same issue as me or can you see the login screen?
    https://pmotion.co.il/wp-admin

On my end I’ve tried it on 2 different PCs on chrome and IE

I’ve tried a manual update, still not working.
How do I remove the site cache? The last line of the error log points to an issue in filecache.php, is this relevant?

    Hi,

The shortcodes error is from 07:32AM, this was before I had removed my previous installation. I have not received any errors except for the last one at the time of the first refresh when I could no longer sign in.

I will tru now a manual update.

    Hi,

I don’t have any other installed themes. I completely reinstalled wordpress, I have no custom themes, no custom plugins, a completely blank install as if using it for the first time.

Here are the last few lines from the error log:

    Hi,

I completely removed my old installation of wp including the deletion of all the plugins so the shortcodes folder no longer exists. That error was from before I reinstalled and yet I can still not open the wp-admin page.

    Any other ideas?
