The display issue appears if the Post Limit is set to 9 or more… and if the number of posts available, according to the selected taxonomies, is higher than 8.

Does the “preview” button within MetaSlider work?
Yes it does.

What if you add a new post so post #9 becomes post #10? Then is a post limit of 9 okay?

I think I probably isolated the issue or the issue factor.

To do so, I recreated one of my standard slider, step by step.

Metaslider – WordPress 5.0.2 – Add-on Pro 2.12.0 – Meta Slider Pro Activated

1 – I first created a new slider and keep it basic and standard.

Type: R.Slides
Width:700px
Height:500px
Effect:Fade
Arrows: V
Navigation: Dots

Caption template

– 1 (Category with 13 corresponding posts)

Try to use an image slide instead of the “Post feed” slide. See if that works.

After creating a new image feed slider and adding it (replacing the previous one) in a test page with only one slide…

To clearly describe the context, my welcome, home pages are designed with SO Page Builder and includes several Metaslider sliders.

FYI, my WordPress has been updated from 4.9 up to 5.0 and 5.0.1 versions since last week.

Here are my feedbacks,

Does clearing your minify and page cache help?

Minify?
I cleared SuperCache and Optimize cache.
Issue still there.

If not, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins (leave Meta Slider active) and see if this fixes the issue?
Already previously done.
Like explained, I deactivated all the plugins, except SiteOrigin ones.
No more issue. Once I only reactivated Metaslider, the same issue reappeared.
Which means that the issue is related to MetaSlider and Page Builder. Both of them were working previously before I saved a post managed with Page Builder yesterday. I have been using Metaslider for the last two years, with no particular issues with other plugins. I have been more intensively using Page Builder in posts for the last week.
